RMA Procedure

Please follow the steps below to properly return your parts.

Following These Easy Steps

    Login

    Click on “Sign In” located on the top right comer of our main page.

  • 02

    Request

    Click on “RMA” located under “My Orders” to start the process.

  • 03

    Fill Out Form

    Indicate the item, quantity and reason for return and then  click “Submit” button.

  • 04

    Print Packing Slip

    Print the RMA Packing Slip generated by system by clicking on the “Print Packing Slip” button.

  • 05

    Ship

    Ship to the address displayed on RMA page. Address can also be found on our Contact Us page.

  • 06

    Receive Store Credit

    We will test your RMA and then provide Store Credit.

Note: Please do not ship Buybacks with RMA
